RETURN POLICY
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any item found to have a manufacturing defect for refund or store credit. Once acessed by our warranty department, Spy Optic will issue a refund within 30 days of return in the form and amount tendered for the original transaction.
All other returns must be unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached. You have a period of 14 days following the reception of your order to inform us of your wish to return part or all of your order. Merchandise returned after 30 days will only be accepted at our discretion for an online store credit or partial or full refund.

WARRANTY
Sunglass and Eyeglass Warranty
SPY Optics guarantees its products against manufacturing defects in materials for 2 years with a valid itemized receipt from an Authorized SPY Dealer. SPY’s warranty does not cover any defects caused by normal wear and tear, improper use or repair, extreme weather elements, physical damage or neglect. SPY’s warranty program does not cover scratched lenses. Additionally, any alterations of SPY products will void warranty coverage. Our warranty program will get you into a brand-new or repaired pair of sunglasses or eyeglass frames at our discression, plus shipping charges.*
Snow & Moto Goggle Warranty
SPY offers a 2-year limited warranty (**excluding ACE EC) against defects in materials with a valid itemized receipt from an Authorized SPY Dealer. SPY’s warranty does not cover any defects caused by normal wear and tear, improper use or repair, extreme weather elements, physical damage or neglect. SPY’s warranty program does not cover scratched lenses. Additionally, any alterations of SPY products will void warranty coverage. Our warranty program will get you into a brand-new goggle for a nominal fee, plus shipping charges.*
**ACE EC snow goggle: SPY offers a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials. Normal warranty exclusions apply. Valid itemized receipt from an Authorized SPY Dealer is required for warranty coverage. Warranty fees and shipping charges may apply.
Replacement Lens Warranty
SPY offers a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials on all SPY replacement lenses with a valid itemized receipt from an Authorized SPY Dealer. SPY’s warranty does not cover any defects caused by normal wear and tear, improper use or repair, extreme weather elements, physical damage or neglect. SPY’s warranty program does not cover scratched lenses. Additionally, any alterations of SPY products will void warranty coverage. Our warranty program will get you into a brand-new replacement lens for a nominal fee, plus shipping charges.*
